Part Polishing With Two-Finger Gripper Feasibility Friday
Time for another #FeasibilityFriday! This week we’re looking at a part polishing application using a two-finger gripper.
This feasibility trial uses the Universal Robots UR5e with the Robotiq 2F-85 gripper to pick up the metal component and hold it in place to be polished. The Robotiq Force Torque sensor ensures that constant force is applied to the polishing wheel for a consistent finish.
