Part Picking Feasibility Friday
For this week’s #FeasibilityFriday we are looking at a part picking application!
In this scenario, a Universal Robots UR3 is fitted with a Robotiq Hand-E gripper, enabling it to pick plastic components from the Ars Automation flexible feeding system, FlexiBowl 650, and place them into a metal box. The cobot is able to “see” the parts thanks to a Cognex camera mounted above and FlexiVision software.
