Universal Robots cobot feasibility study, filter picking for printing.

Filter Picking for Printing Feasibility Friday

Happy #FeasibilityFriday! This week we’re looking at a part picking trial that we recently conducted in the lab at our HQ.

In this application a Universal Robots cobot, fitted with a Robotiq Hand-E gripper, picks up a filter and simulates holding it against a printer. The printer would then produce small markings on the rim of the filter, as the robotic arm rotates it.
